The PVY Z20 PLUS EVO is a comprehensive upgrade of the Z20 PLUS.
Z20 PLUS: Equipped with a standard cadence sensor. Z20 PLUS EVO: Features PVY’s exclusive SensorSwap™ technology, allowing you to switch between "Torque Mode" and "Cadence Mode" instantly with the touch of a button.
Z20 PLUS: Comes with a 48V 16.5Ah battery, offering a range of 120km. Z20 PLUS EVO: Upgraded to a high-quality 48V 18Ah LG battery; the increased capacity extends the range to 130km.
The EVO version also features adjustable BMX-style handlebars, allowing you to customize the height based on your stature and riding style to find the most comfortable riding position.
If you are looking for excellent value and solid basic performance, the Z20 PLUS is a great choice.

Can the handlebars of the Z20 PLUS EVO be folded?
Because the Z20 PLUS EVO uses BMX-style handlebars, they cannot fold down like regular handlebars; however, when folding the bike, you can fold the handlebars backward to save space.
I don't want it with the throttle, can you remove it before shipping?
We will give you a handlebar without a throttle in the package. If you don’t need a throttle, you can replace the handlebar with a throttle with a handlebar without a throttle. How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We have after-sales centers in Europe, PVY 1-Year Warranty Accessory: Structural component-fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem, brake lever, brakes, sprocket, crankset, and thumb shifter, Electronic component- charger, controller, display, booster, shifter handle, motor, and shifter. (if a product problem occurs within the above warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new one free of charge if it cannot be repaired.) For the Frame 10-year warranty applies.
Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?
Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.

The e-bike is great, but, to be completely honest, during my vacation I couldn't ride the bike as much as I originally planned due to some initial issues with the headlight and the throttle.
However, I mostly blame myself for those minor issues, and I must praise your customer support team (Frank) who acted very quickly and was very helpful.
Even though I haven't had enough experience with the bike yet to write a detailed review, the e-bike seems truly excellent so far. In fact, it is so ideal for my vacation spot that, due to the difficulties of transporting it back and forth to the city, I am seriously considering buying a second, identical PVY e-bike for Zagreb, where I live.
However, financially speaking, it is difficult for me to cover two such major expenses in such a short period of time. But if you could support me with an interesting discount for buying a second PLUS EVO bike so soon, it might actually happen very quickly!

The PVY Z20 PLUS EVO is great fun to ride and is well-suited for taller and heavier riders. I am very satisfied and glad I chose this bike. The only downside is that the handlebars cannot be folded down quickly—just like on the previous PVY Z20 PLUS model. Consequently, transporting it without a bike rack is rather cumbersome; you would have to loosen four hex screws just to fold the handlebars back, which is too much hassle for me personally. Otherwise, the bike runs perfectly. I’ve also added a phone mount, a mechanical bell, a bag, and a storage case. 😃👍🚲

Con esta bicicleta llegó ha hacer el viaje al trabajo sin esfuerzo, son 25 Km de ida y otros 25 de vuelta, con un peso de 95 Kg, aguanta bien la bici, es cómoda, pesa un poco pero está bien, a la hora de plegarla, estaría bien que el manillar se pudiera plegar sin necesidad de llave, es la única pega.

Super vélo livré dans de bonnes conditions et dans un délai de dix jours (en Belgique). Juste un petit problème avec l’écran lors de la mise en route, mais celui-ci a été changé après explication au service après-vente. J’ai reçu un nouvel écran qui me permet maintenant d’utiliser mon vélo. Je n’ai aucun reproche à faire actuellement sur ce site.
